Cancellation and Refund Policy
At www.freshvitals.in, we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers with the products listed. We are pleased to provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
(a) You have received defective or damaged item(s).
(b) The delivered item(s) do not match your order.
(c) The ordered item(s) are lost or damaged during transit.
Please note that the following circumstances do not qualify for a return or refund:
(a) Incorrect ordering of a product does not qualify for a return or refund.
(b) All products to be returned must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including original tags, labels, barcodes, and the invoice.
(c) Used, opened, or partially consumed products do not qualify for a return; only completely intact products can be returned.
(d) The return product should have the same batch number as mentioned on the invoice.
(e) Non-delivery of a product reported after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation text message on the registered mobile number.
How to Request a Refund:

Please Note:
The mode of refund may vary depending on the case. If the refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 2-10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the refund is by Wallet, the credit should be available within 7 to 10 working days. The refunded amount will be reversed in the same mode through which the payment was made. For cash on delivery orders, the refund shall be processed to the bank account.
